
Our Story
Jalhae Bakery started as a passion project — a love for the pillowy, buttery Korean-style Salt Bread (shio pan) that we couldn't stop thinking about.
Every roll is made by hand in small batches from our home kitchen. No preservatives, no shortcuts — just simple, quality ingredients baked with care.
Our Bread
Our signature Original Salt Bread is Korean-style — soft and pillowy on the inside with a slightly sweet, fried crunchy crust.
We bake in limited quantities 3 times a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — so every order is as fresh as possible.
Pre-orders for the following week open every Friday at 11:00 AM. Each pickup day closes the night before — Sunday at 8:00 PM for Monday, Tuesday at 8:00 PM for Wednesday, and Thursday at 8:00 PM for Friday.
